Employee Value Proposition

We truly believe in the efficiencies that technology can bring and we walk the talk with our own automation and integrations. This is one of the main reasons why we are a remote-first company and this will be a fully remote role. You will have the opportunity to work with an international team on some interesting clients/projects and you will get exposure to cutting-edge innovation in the SAAS space. Because we’re a small team, you will have the freedom to think and solve problems in your way, and your growth will be directly aligned with the growth of the business (e.g. your path to a senior role could be 2 years). You have complete freedom to manage your work schedule as long as you meet deadlines and attend meetings.

Feel like you're the perfect fit?

Click the Apply Now button below to start the application process. You’ll receive a few short questions to complete so that you can check your fit for the role. Once you have answered the questions and we have screened your CV, you will be invited to an asynchronous video interview (this is deliberate because you will frequently use Loom in the role). The rest of the recruitment process will be explained in more detail after this step, but you can expect to meet the founder and complete some assessments.

Thank you very much for applying and we can’t wait to meet you!
